GlobalView’s primary investment focus is on middle and lower middle market private companies in both the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services (ADG) and Transportation & Logistics (T&L) industry verticals.

We invest in situations where our specialized industry knowledge and Operating Advisors’ expertise can accelerate value creation through organic growth, operational and cost improvements, and selective strategic add-on acquisitions. We are also open to certain special situations where we can be creative and structure a solution that others may have overlooked.

GlobalView’s Partners and Operating Advisors are a seasoned team with diverse backgrounds and expertise across the specialized industry verticals we focus on. Our partners have deep industry, financial, legal and investment banking credentials as well as significant execution experience having worked on transactions representing billions of dollars in enterprise value.
